how come there isnt a usa option on some downloads?

There are some problems with lisensing content in US, so some mobile content isn't available at the moment.

Could you tell us what exactly were you looking at? Videos, realtones, moantones, wallpapers screensavers? I'll try to see if I can help you more.

I just checked both pages(adult and non-adult) and US is there as an option on all content except adult screensavers, you just need to choose US flag in the dropdown menu, then your cell provider, etc.
